Video: Meet Barb Peck

Barb first came to Byron Center Manor when searching for an assisted-living home for her mother-in-law. Barb had been the primary caregiver for her mother-in-law for 10 years and realized that it was no longer possible to provide the level of care she needed. Barb chose BC Manor for her mother-in-law. She felt the improvement in their relationship once she was not the primary caregiver. A few months after her mother-in-law moved in, our team approached Barb about an open position, and she accepted. She says this was one of the best decisions she ever made.

Barb is an integral part of Byron Center Manor. Our residents see her every day with a big smile on her face. Barb takes the time to visit with the residents every day because she understands the importance of family and quality care.
