I went into senior living facility administration because I enjoy leading, coaching, mentoring, brainstorming and helping resolve roadblocks. I received my BSHA from University of Phoenix. My experience includes 16+ years of hospice and assisted living. I have been in sales, marketing, business development, executive director and regional operation roles. Byron Center Manor is attractive to me because of the culture, the longevity of the staff and because it is family owned. Those ingredients are very rare nowadays.

I have been married to my beautiful wife Jen for eight years, and we have a two year old son. We have called Hudsonville home for the past six years. We enjoy playing and spending time outside.
