Memory Care
At our Memory Care Neighborhoods, our activity staff works to provide entertainment and engagement from 9 AM to 5 PM every day. Residents can enjoy activities and events in a safe, comfortable environment. For our residents with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other memory issues, we focus on activities they can enjoy, participate in, and reminisce in. Music is a cornerstone to our activities because of the impressive recall it can procure from our residents. We do things like crafts, baking, and active games to assist motor skills and mental function. Overall, we like to do activities that are fun, involved, and that the residents love. Some common memory Care activities include:
- Music therapy
